FIXED PROSTHESIS ON IMPLANTS (6 IMPLANTS)
What is the treatment?
These are full-arch dental prostheses that are screwed or cemented on six or eight osseointegrated implants. These restorative dentistry treatments replace all the teeth of one or both arches with a prosthesis or “fixed denture” fixed on a reduced number of dental implants, which fulfill the biomechanical functions of the natural roots of the teeth.
How is it performed?
The treatment of the fixed prosthesis on dental implants consists of placing an artificial tooth on the dental implant, which allows the person to recover the functionality and aesthetics of the mouth.
