BONE GRAFT PER TOOTH
What is the treatment?
It is the treatment we use to increase the size of the jaw or maxillary and thus be able to place dental implants to patients with little bone or insufficient bone to perform a treatment of maximum dental aesthetics.
How is it performed?
In a bone graft procedure, the surgeon will obtain a bone section from another area of his body, or – as is usually the case – use a bone of special material for the graft, and graft it into the maxillary bone. Then you have to wait, probably several months, while the graft creates new and strong enough bone, to make sure the implant is stable and safe.
